DSM Valve Cover Stud Kit

This stud kit replaces the standard bolts used to attach your valve cover. It is common for the soft aluminum threads to strip out after continuous uninstalling and reinstalling of the valve cover. This kit fixes that, by using studs you not only save your threads but also utilize the full potential of the threads that are given in your head.
 
~Notes~
 
* We suggest cleaning/chasing the threads in your head prior to the installation of the studs. If you would like the tap for the application, we offer it as an option for the kit.
 
* The studs only need to be hand tight.
 
~Kit Includes~
 
* (8) Long stainless steel studs (installed on the outside perimeter of the valve cover)
 
* (6) Short stainless steel studs (installed on the inside spark plug gallery of the valve cover)
 
* (14) stainless steel flanged nuts (utilizes a 10mm socket)
 
* Allen key (for installation of the studs)
