DSM 3D Creations – Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through DSM 3D Creations (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) via dsm3dcreations.com (“Website”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth herein.

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. Returns must be requested within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery.
1.2. Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original condition and packaging.
1.3. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products are final sale and not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage as provided under Section 2.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

2.1. If an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us in writing within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
2.2. Notification must include a clear description of the issue and photographic evidence.
2.3. Upon verification, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Return Authorization & Procedure

3.1. All returns require prior written authorization from DSM 3D Creations. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
3.2. To request authorization, contact us via our website at dsm3dcreations.com with your order number and reason for return.
3.3. Once authorized, you will receive detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.
3.4. Unless otherwise specified, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refunds

4.1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
4.2. Refunds may take five (5) to seven (7) business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
4.3. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Custom or personalized products

• Digital files, downloadable content, or gift cards

• Any product that has been used, test-fitted, removed from packaging, or modified in any way (due to quality assurance and product integrity standards)

• Any item not returned in original condition

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DSM 3D Creations’ liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this Policy shall not exceed the amount paid for the product at issue.
